Our two-day Management Coaching Skills seminar is designed to help first-level managers and supervisors improve their skills in the areas of communication, motivation, delegation and evaluation. The format of the class is extremely interactive, using role-plays, small-group games and activities, and videotaped coaching sessions to provide plenty of hands-on practice.
